Joann Young
Executive Director · Day Hab Solutions LLC
With more than 15 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities, Joann brings deep knowledge, heartfelt leadership, and an unmistakable belief in every person’s potential to Day Hab Solutions.
Her career has included leadership and hands-on work in residential group programs, day habilitation services, and in-home supports. In 2026, Joann joined Day Hab Solutions in Toms River as Executive Director, bringing Ocean County her vision for a program filled with purpose, warmth, and real community connection.
Joann is especially proud of the caring team she has brought together. Each person contributes something special, but all share the same commitment: helping participants build skills, discover greater independence, form lasting friendships, take part in the community, and genuinely enjoy their days.
